PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make controllable domestic electrical appliances not only at a home but also away from home by using a network control information terminal for domestic electrical appliances. SOLUTION: This network control information terminal for domestic electrical appliances has a master unit and a slave unit which incorporate a PHS (personal handyphone system) radio circuit 12 and a small power radio circuit 11 therein. Communication between the master and slave units is performed via the PHS radio circuit 12 or the small power radio circuit 11, connection with an external network is performed by the master unit and communication with the domestic electrical appliances, a power meter, a gas meter and a water meter is performed by radio communication using the PHS radio circuit 12 or the small power radio circuit 11.
