PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for automatically pouring out a sparkling beverage, in which erroneous determination that the sparkling beverage is run out of, owing to the detection of residual air bubbles by a sparkling beverage shortage sensor is prevented, even if the air bubbles generated by the sparklingness of the sparkling beverage remain in the sparkling beverage shortage sensor. SOLUTION: A determination of YES is made in step 220 by turning on an automatic pour-out button switch; a determination of YES is made in step 230 when a beer shortage sensor detects gas; and a liquid is poured out from a pour-out cock in step 231. After that, in the case where a determination of YES is made in step 250 when a determination of YES is made after a lapse of 0.5 s in step 240, a beer shortage lamp is continuously lit in step 251 because a beer keg is in a truly empty state. When a determination of NO is made in step 250, the determination of YES in step 230 is made because the beer shortage sensor performs erroneous detection though beer remains in the beer keg, and the lighting of the beer shortage lamp is forbidden.
