摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service point management device, system and method enabling a user to transfer service points acquired in a plurality of business units to points of a business unit suited to the user's taste to receive the benefit of this business unit while solving the unevenness of business profit between business units caused by the transfer of points. <P>SOLUTION: A purchase trend analysis part 106 analyses the commodity purchase trend of the user on the basis of commodity purchase history information of the user stored in a user purchase trend storage part 102b, and acquires the service points acquired in respective business units by the user. Further, an advertisement data selection processing part 105 selects advertisement information based on the commodity purchase trend of the user from an advertisement information storage part 102d storing advertisement information for a plurality of business units. The service point information and advertisement information are transmitted through a communication part 101.
