<p>The invention described is a polymeric blend composition comprising at least about 25 percent by weight thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer; from about 5 to about 50 parts by weight glass/nylon mix per loo parts by weight thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer; from about 1o to about 6o parts by weight ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer per 100 parts by weight thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer; from about 20 to about loo parts by weight softening agent per l00 parts by weight thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer; and from about 2 to about 30 parts by weight compatibilizing agent per l00 parts by weight thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer.</p>
