摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a &beta;-catenin oligomucleotide microchip and to provide a method for detecting &beta;-catenin mutations employing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to &beta;-catenin oligomucleotide microchip for detecting a variety of mutations at the mutational hot spots of &beta;-catenin gene, and the manufacturing process thereof and the method for detecting mutations of the &beta;-catenin gene, the oligonucleotides are designed to detect various missense mutations and for detecting in-frame deletions at codons of the mutational hot spots of &beta;-catenin gene.
