<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a β-catenin oligomucleotide microchip and to provide a method for detecting β-catenin mutations employing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to β-catenin oligomucleotide microchip for detecting a variety of mutations at the mutational hot spots of β-catenin gene, and the manufacturing process thereof and the method for detecting mutations of the β-catenin gene, the oligonucleotides are designed to detect various missense mutations and for detecting in-frame deletions at codons of the mutational hot spots of β-catenin gene.
