<p>PURPOSE: To restrain a light emitting device from changing in characteristics due to heat dissipated from a resistor. CONSTITUTION: An array of N light emitting devices are divided into M groups, the one terminals of the light-emitting devices 1-1, 1-6,... of the same order of arrangement of the groups are connected in common to first drive means which drive the light-emitting devices of the same order successively, and the other terminals of the light emitting devices 1-1 to 1-5,... of each group are connected in common to a resistor 6-1 provided to each group, and the resistor 6-1 is connected to a second drive means 7-1 and 8 which drive each group successively.</p> |
