PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the variation of torque of an output shaft 39a in a state that the output shaft 39a is stopped or rotated at a very low speed while rotating an input shaft 1. SOLUTION: A bearing pressure of a traction part composed of inner faces of both discs 2, 5a at input and output sides and a peripheral face of a power roller 6 is secured by a hydraulic pressing device 23a. When the output shaft 39a is stopped or rotated at a very low speed, the pressing force generated by the pressing device 23a is lowered. As a result, a creep ratio of the traction part is increased, and the torque transmitted to the output shaft 39a is reduced, to solve a problem. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
