PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen information transmission/reception system that, as a technique whereby terminals share a screen, has functions dispensing with a server dedicated to processing of screen information sharing, enabling distribution of processing of screen switching to each terminal, enabling sharing of all files even if each terminal does not transmit files held therein to a particular server, and enabling screen sharing even if each terminal forming a network does not run an application for processing of screen switching. SOLUTION: According to a selection of shared file information from a screen information transmission/reception device 1 that receives screen information, a screen information transmission/reception device 1 that delivers screen information delivers, to a network, screen information displayed on a display part when the shared file is executed. On receiving input information, the screen information transmission/reception device 1 delivers, to the network, screen information showing the contents of the shared file information processed with the input information.
