PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a storage capacity by finally storing only data other than header information of data with header from a transmitting side. SOLUTION: When programs with header 1-3, for example, are successively transferred and stored in a RAM 18 on a development board 16 as a receiving-side information processor through a USB cable 18, headers are first stored in the respective data storage areas corresponding the programs 1-3 on the RAM 18, the header contents are analyzed, and the whole data storage area is overwritten with the program data paired with the headers, whereby the programs 1-3 are stored in a state where the addresses are continued.
