PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device with a fur brush having a simple and inexpensive structure that used toner accumulated in a fur brush can be effectively removed with saved power and also an image of good quality can be formed, as for the cleaning device with a fur brush for removing the residual toner left after transfer and foreign matters stuck on the photoreceptor of an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: An elastic flicking member 2 obtained by bending a thin sheet member to a nearly U-shape comes in press contact with the outer periphery of the fur brush 3 for removing the residual toner left after transfer in contact with the outer periphery of the photoreceptor 9. The flicking member 2 is arranged in a trading direction (nearly belly direction) with respect to the rotating direction of the fur brush 3, and the flicking member 2 comes in press contact with the outer periphery of the fur brush 3 by a biting quantity (t) of≥about 0.5mm.
