<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical injection catheter by which the number and height of projections are easily changed, piercing and chemical administration are performed in a plurality of places, and piercing is safely performed even in a thin part such as a blood vessel wall. <P>SOLUTION: Chemical discharge parts (3, 13, 23, 33) are arranged in the middle of main bodies (2, 12, 22, 32), and the sharp projections (7, 17, 27, 37) for discharging chemicals are formed on the side surfaces of the chemical discharge parts (3, 13, 23, 33) in the chemical injection catheters (1, 11, 21, 31).
