<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a shape memory polybutylene terephthalate film laminate. <P>SOLUTION: A polybutylene terephthalate film 1 and a film-like molded body 13 containing at least one kind of a material selected from the group consisting of a paper sheet, an other thermoplastic resin film and a metal foil are bonded to obtain a laminate and the polybutylene terephthalate surface of the laminate is treated at a temperature not higher than the glass transition temperature of the polybutylene terephthalate film 1 while brought into slide contact with a cold processing roll 26 as a contact surface. Then, cold processing is applied to the laminate along the outer shape of the cold processing roll to manufacture a curly laminate 11 showing a curl shape. The obtained curly laminate 11 is brought into contact with heating air while kep flat between two nip rolls 27 and 27' to be rapidly annealed at a temperature exceeding the glass transition temperature. The curly laminate 11 made flat apparently by annealing is brought into contact with a cooling roll 28 to be quenched to a temperature not higher than the glass transition temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
