<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a manufacturing method of a multilayer ceramic board subjected to a so-called zero-contraction process and gained with identical ones after forming through holes in its dividing lines and then providing contraction suppressing layers, there are possibilities of the through holes being deformed and crushed in an undesired way when subjecting the multilayer ceramic board to a pressing process. <P>SOLUTION: After forming through holes 19 in a green multilayer assembly board 2, organic materials 23 are so filled into the through holes 19 as to subject thereafter the board 2 to a pressing process in the state of disposing notched grooves 24 in one of the contraction suppressing layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
