PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modify a support part so that it can resist to an inertial force independently without requiring an exchange of an existing support as to an existing bridge beam whose upper structure of a T-beam is supported to a lower structure by the existing support like a type A, a rubber corresponding thereto, or the like. SOLUTION: On at least either of the upper structure 1 or the lower structure 2, a projection 3 are projected opposing to the other one of the upper or the lower structure along a bridge axis direction with a distance between in such a way that the other one of the structure is put between the projection along the bridge axis direction. Also, a rubber 41 (42) is placed on both sides of one of the upper structure 1 and the lower structure 2 and thus the rubber 41 (42) is interposed between the projection 3 and the upper structure 1 or the lower structure 2. Concrete 6 or mortar is filled between the upper structure 1, 1 which are opposing to each other above the lower structure 2. Furthermore, a tension member 7 penetrated along the bridge axis direction is inserted through the upper structure 1, 1 so that the upper structure 1, 1 are joined and integrated with each other.
