PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted temperature control device which is capable of controlling the temperature so as to reach in a short time from a low temperature state to a set temperature even in a vehicle-mounted heater using a wire heater having a heating function and a temperature detection function, and which is comfortable and safe. SOLUTION: This is the vehicle-mounted temperature control device 1 that controls the temperature of a vehicle-mounted heater 3, in which a wire heater 2 having a heating function and a temperature detection function and a thermistor 4 detecting the temperature of the wire heater 2 are arranged in close contact state, by a temperature signal of the thermistor 4 and the temperature signal of the wire heater 2. The current control element controlling the current of the wire heater 2 is driven by a signal of the signal comparing the voltage of the temperature signal of the thermistor 4 and a first reference voltage and logical addition of the signal comparing the voltage of the temperature signal of the wire heater 2 and a third reference voltage, and a signal of AND logic of the signal comparing the voltage of the temperature of the wire heater 2 and a third reference voltage.
