PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide external facing panel structure and an external facing panel used for the structure easily constructed while having sufficient waterproofing durability with simple structure. SOLUTION: The external facing panel is constituted by placing a joint thin body 20 of a square panel 10 fitted with the permeable joint thin body 20 projected from at least one side of an outer surface, over the outer surface of an adjacent panel, and applying a curing adhesive waterproofing material 30 onto the joint thin body 20.
