<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage clip circuit in which voltage is speedily and accurately clipped to a clip voltage setting value. <P>SOLUTION: In the voltage clip circuit for an input voltage with a clip voltage E, when the input voltage fluctuates, the voltage at a point (f) is kept constant by operating a current sync type high-speed constant voltage circuit 20 without interposing a voltage comparator A. Besides, the voltage fluctuation caused by the temperature characteristics of diodes D1, D2 is corrected by the voltage comparator A.
