<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler assembly which can be easily detached/attached from/to even a narrow place where a hand can not be inserted by pressing a coupler (a joining part) to the injection port side and joining or by separating by pulling backward, and in which a check valve of the injection port can be opened/closed with a one-step operation both in the forward direction and in the backward direction. <P>SOLUTION: When a first sleeve (141a) is directly pressed to the injection port without retreating it, a piston is retreated, the entrance of a ball holding hole (121a) inside a guide (130) is opened, and a locking ball (B1) can be moved radially to the inside of a housing (110). And at the same time, the first sleeve is moved and covers the outside entrance of the ball holding hole of the guide. Consequently, the locking ball maintains a joining state of the injection port (200) and a connection port (100a). When a push button (140) is pushed at the rear part (100b) of the connection port, a pressurizing pin (141) at its end part pushes the check valve of the injection port, and its injection port is opened.
