PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive regenerated asphalt mixture superior in durability without using a natural aggregate by reusing an asphalt concrete generating material and pig iron manufacturing slag as an aggregate. SOLUTION: Blast furnace slag of a melting state is poured into a metallic casting mold, and is solidified by air-cooling, and is formed as plate-like solidified slag having the thickness of 10 to 30 mm. This regenerated asphalt mixture is manufactured by blending a crushed stone-like dense slag having a water absorption coefficient of 1.5% or less obtained by crushing the solidified slag and an asphalt concrete regenerated aggregate obtained by crushing a waste material of an asphalt pavement surface layer and a base layer.
