This composite material has the dispersion materials 7 dispersed in the matrix 6, by using a reaction vessel 1 having a structure of forming a space, in which a mixed material 2 can be filled, by combining two or more vessel elements 1a and 1b each other; filling the mixed material 2 into a region 25 which is the space formed in the vessel element 1a; combining the vessel element 1b with the vessel element 1a in a condition that the mixed material 2 is fixed into a predetermined form; impregnating molten aluminum (Al) 4 into cavities 3 among the mixed materials 2 through one or more holes 10 formed on the upper part of the reaction vessel 1; and forming an aluminide intermetallic compound by a self-combustion reaction of a metallic powder with aluminum (Al) 4.
