<p>A first rotor (7) which has a through-passage tube-section and a brake tube section (12) is positioned between two fixed plates (1,3). The lower plate (3) has two openings (4,5) attachable to drive and ejector tubes. A movable locking plate (17) is adjustable in two positions. In one position, a sleeve (21) is fixed in the brake-tube section, while the opening for the drive tube is free. In another position, both openings in the lower plate are free. The locking plate is set in the other position by means of a key or other identification.</p> |
