PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching detergent composition exhibiting enhanced bleaching detergency. SOLUTION: The bleaching detergent composition contains (a) 0.1-20 mass% of a peroxide generating hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous solution, (b) 0.05-10 mass% of a peracid precursor which reacts with hydrogen peroxide to form an organic peracid, (c) 1-30 mass% of a nonionic surfactant containing 0-15 moles of an alkylene oxide in the molecule, (d) an enzyme exhibiting lipase and/or esterase activity, and (e) 1-30 mass% of a nonionic compound containing 20-500 moles of an alkylene oxide in the molecule.
