PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed sash window which can discharge, to an outdoor side, condensation liquid water occurring on an indoor side surface of a glass, an indoor-side top surface of a sill and an indoor side surface of the sill. SOLUTION: The indoor-side top surface 20 of the sill 2 for forming a window frame 4 of the fixed sash window is formed in such a shape that the condensation liquid water, occurring on the indoor side surface of the glass 5 and the top surface 20, does not flow to an indoor side; and a first drainage path for discharging the condensation liquid water on the top surface 20 to the outdoor side is formed in the sill 2. A condensation-liquid-water receiving recess 21 is formed in the indoor side surface 2a of the sill 2, and a second drainage path for discharging the condensation liquid water in the recess 21 to the outdoor side is formed in the sill 2.
