<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that users obtain desired printed matter at print destinations. <P>SOLUTION: A Web server 300 (WWW server) obtains document specification information that specifies documents to be printed from a mobile terminal 100. A printing server 500 converts the documents into printable data that can be printed by a printer 750. The Web server 300 reports reservation identification information to the mobile terminal 100. A print management terminal 700 obtains either the printable data converted by the print server 500 or the documents in a printable format.
