PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a charge current from a charge circuit even if the ambient temperature of a battery is located within a discharge time nominal rate temperature range but is outside a charge time rate use temperature range. SOLUTION: There are provided an interface 1 compatible with a bus power, such as USB and IEEE1394, an electronic apparatus body 4 that receives data through the interface 1, a charging circuit 5 which is supplied with the bus power from the interface 1, a switch 10 for supply to the power supply line of the electronic apparatus body 4, and a battery 7. Within the range of rated use temperature for charging with the battery 7, a movable contact point 10a of the switch 10 is connected to its other fixed contact point 10c. Within the range of rated use temperature for discharging with the battery 7 but outside the range of nominal use temperature for charging with the battery 7, the movable contact point 10a of the switch 10 is connected to one fixed contact point 10b.
