It is possible to support an electronic trading of production-in-order products requiring pre-engineering. An order reception support system has a storage section containing specification requested by a client who has made the order and a specification plan crated according to it, which are managed by identification information containing common information. When the client or the manufacture specifies the identification information, information for causing the client terminal and the manufacturer terminal to display as editable information at least one of the requested specification information and the specification plan information identified by the identification information is transmitted from the order reception support system to the client terminal and the manufacturer terminal. Moreover, information referenced by the client terminal and the manufacturer terminal for displaying a pointer at a position corresponding to the position of the pointer being displayed on the other terminal is transmitted from the order reception support system to the client terminal and the manufacturer terminal. Thus, the client and the manufacturer can work collaboratively on their respective terminals.
