<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information interlock system capable of allowing use of a device only in a range where no trouble is generated in health, and restricting use of the device by an ineligible person by controlling the device in accordance with biological information values of a user. <P>SOLUTION: Biological information of the user of the device is detected by a detecting unit 3, and when it is determined that a detected value exceeds an evaluation threshold value by a determining part 50, a control signal to limit functions of a control object device 2 is generated by a control signal generating circuit 48. For example, in a case where the control object device is a game machine, the degree of excitement of the user P playing a game is detected, and when it reaches an abnormality value, proceeding of the game is changed, or the game is stopped.
