<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a business model concerning power supply making the best use of the benefit of generation system, which is indispensable for the spread of a new energy such as a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: In the generation system 12, the input/output detecting part 62 detects the gas supply quantity to the fuel cell system 30, the power output quantity by the generation of the fuel cell system 30, and the exhaust heat quantity from the fuel cell system 30. The operation process part 58 integrates these values and outputs the supply energy, generation energy, and recovery energy. The efficiency judgement part 59 outputs the power generation efficiency based on the values of these energy.
