<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a display device of an electronic book to set a display configuration actively in accordance with the digital contents of an object to be displayed. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 1 determines the classification of the digital contents on the basis of a classification tag included in the digital contents of the object to be displayed. Therefore, it becomes possible for the display device 1 to set up various kinds of display configurations actively in accordance with the classification of the digital contents of the object to be displayed. To be more concrete, the display device 1 determines the classification of the digital contents and, when the contents are the digital contents of a predetermined classification, it becomes possible to limit display so as to prevent reading of the digital contents in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
