<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement running system and the like improving advertisement effects and reducing a system construction cost. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal device 105 (advertisement provider) transmits advertisement data, question data of a questionnaire and the like to an advertisement server 101. When a terminal 103 (user) accesses to a network 104, the advertisement running server 101 selects the advertisement data, the question data and the like based on a user ID of the terminal 103 and running priority information 113, displays them on the terminal 103, collects, analyzes or recollects and reanalyzes the replies to the questionnaire based on the replies to the questionnaire from the terminal 103, and transmits the results to the terminal 105.
