PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper post-treatment device capable of firmly binding a paper sheaf without polluting other paper sheaves and surroundings. SOLUTION: In the paper post-treatment device for stacking and binding a plurality of paper sheets as the paper sheaf T, a hole h is bored by a boring means on the bound side of paper excluding the rearmost face of the paper sheaf T to form a bottomed hole part h on the bound side of the paper sheaf T, and an adhesive b is filled in the hole part h by a bonding means and hardened to bind the paper sheaf T.
