PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-operated torque tool into which the measuring means of bolt elongation is incorporated. SOLUTION: The fluid-operated torque tool for clamping a threaded fastener is provided with a driving portion 3 for engaging a clamping fastener driven by a fluid-operated motor device and this motor device and an ultrasonic probe 12 incorporated into this driving portion. When the driving portion is engaged with the fastener, it is forced to send a sound to the one side of the fastener by making compact with the one side of the fastener and receive a signal showing the elongation of the one side of the fastener.
