摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting an exhaust gas temperature by setting the maximum exhaust gas temperature for preventing thermal damage to engine parts and an aftertreatment device in a method for controlling the exhaust gas temperature of a diesel engine during operation in an aftertreatment device regeneration mode. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust gas temperature and/or a space speed is controlled to control the maximum exhaust gas temperature, preventing thermal damage to the diesel engine parts and the corresponding aftertreatment device during the regeneration of the aftertreatment device. An opening timing and an opening duration for an intake and/or an exhaust valve are controlled.
