PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to store a subcode in a buffer memory in synchronism with main data to output an optical digital out based upon the IEC958 standards and also associatively send the main data and subcode to a signal processing circuit added behind the buffer memory. SOLUTION: The subcode is also stored in the memory for deinterleaving the main data and correcting errors and when the main data are outputted, the subcode is enabled to be outputted synchronously. The main data has a symbol position converted into a relative address, which is added to a counter indicating a frame position to generate an address of the memory. The subcode, on the other hand, has write and readout positions arranged as fixed values at relative addresses behind the main data, and they are added to a counter indicating a frame position to generate an address of the memory.
