PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move an interaction process between interaction systems having a common interaction scenario and to enable an interaction system at a destination to carry on the interaction process currently in progress. SOLUTION: There are provided an interaction scenario storage means of storing the interaction scenario common to the other interaction system, an interaction scenario acquisition means of acquiring the interaction scenario from the interaction scenario storage means, an interaction scenario processing means of processing the interaction process to advance the interaction process, a user speech input means of inputting information from a user, a system speech output means of presenting the information for the user, an interaction information transmitting means of transmitting interaction process information needed to carry on the interaction process to the other interaction system, and an interaction information receiving means of receiving the interaction process information sent from an interaction information transmission part of the other interaction system and making the system to carry on the interaction process.
