PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the game property by making the sorting method for balls more complicated. SOLUTION: An internal rotator 2 and an external rotator 3 rotate synchronously, or the rotating motions are shifted by a cooperation of the braking action by an electromagnetic brake 54 and the rotating power by a step motor 55. Thus, various kinds of combinations for an opened posture wherein a ball taking-in port 22 formed on the outer peripheral wall 21 of the internal rotator 2, and a ball taking-in port 32 formed on the outer peripheral wall 31 of the external rotator 3 are adjusted to each other and opened, and a closed posture wherein the ball taking-in port 22 and the ball taking-in port 32 are positionally shifted from each other and closed are formed. Therefore, the movements of balls being rich in variations such that balls taken into this game part 1 are dropped in a circular recess 36 at the center of the internal rotator 2 and the external rotator 3, or the balls are discharged to a game region from the internal rotator 2 and the outer peripheral wall 31 of the external rotator 3 are created.
