<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device which can effectively remove an adhered substance adhered to a recording face of a recording medium without damaging the recording face at a stage prior to fixing of an ink receiving layer. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording device which carries out recording to the recording medium 1 with thermoplastic resin particles includes a recording head for recording by discharging ink to the recording medium 1, a fixing means 5 for fixing the thermoplastic resin particles of the recording medium 1 by heating and pressuring the recording medium 1 after recorded, a transfer means for transferring the recording medium 1 after recorded to the fixing means 5, and removing means 42, 52 and 62 arranged at the upstream side of the fixing means 5 to remove the adhered substance adhered to the recording face 1a through contact with the recording face 1a of the recording medium after recorded at a uniform velocity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
