<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a preparation itself is unstable to limit its uses, although there is a method for preliminarily preparing the preparation comprising an oily substance, an emulsifying agent and a polyhydric alcohol and easily dispersible in water, because it is difficult that the oily substances, such as fatty oils, fats, perfumes, colorants and vitamins, generally used in a food field are stably dispersed in water. <P>SOLUTION: An emulsifiable preparation is characterized by comprising (A) 1 to 70 pts. wt. of an oily substance, (B) 10 to 95 pts. wt. of a polyhydric alcohol and (C) 1 to 60 pts. wt. of an emulsifying agent having an HLB of ≥9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
