<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weighted vehicular frame capable of being manufactured easily at a low cost and exhibiting enhanced strength and to provide a vehicle equipped with it. <P>SOLUTION: This frame 1 is provided with a plate shaped cast frame body 10, and reinforcing members 21, 22, and 23 for reinforcing the frame body 10. The reinforcing members 21, 22 and 23 are integrally jointed to the frame body 10 in a state that the reinforcing members 21, 22 and 23 are abutted on one of surfaces of the frame body 10. It is preferable that the frame body 10 is made of aluminum, an aluminum alloy, magnesium or a magnesium alloy.
