PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety and reliability by facilitating the maintenance check of a heating source constituting a hot blow supply unit. SOLUTION: When the temperature of a hot blow blown from the hot blow supply unit 18 is higher than prescribed temperature which is effective for drying when a drying operation is performed, the rotary speed of a blower 19 is raised. When the temperature is lower than the prescribed temperature, the rotary speed of the blower 19 is lowered.
