PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ISDN line relaying apparatus for connecting an emergency notice apparatus to an ISDN line capable of executing a notice operation as soon as possible from a state of busy ISDN lines at notice starting. SOLUTION: When a line acquisition detection means detects the acquisition of a line by a notice apparatus and two B channels of the ISDN lines are discriminated to be both busy, a sequence according to an interruption procedure of ISDN line exchange is executed for an ISDN line side and a busy terminal as to at least one of the two B channels. When the line acquisition detection means detects the acquisition of line by the notice apparatus after that, execution of a second call to a notice destination and transmission of a notice message after that is controlled.
