SILICA-COMPOSITE POLYCHLOROPRENE RUBBER COMPOSITION AND ITS CROSSLINKED MOLDED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new silica-composite polychloroprene rubber composition having excellent mechanical properties and its vulcanized molded article. SOLUTION: The silica-composite polychloroprene rubber composition contains silica, a chloroprene polymer and a polymer having alkoxysilyl group. The amount of the silica is 2-100 pts. mass and that of the alkoxysilyl-containing polymer is 0.5-25 pts. mass based on 100 pts. mass of the chloroprene polymer. The polychloroprene rubber composition may be further incorporated with a vulcanizing agent. The molded article is produced by the crosslinking molding of the silica-composite polychloroprene rubber composition compounded with the vulcanizing agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
