PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable pressure sensitive adhesive composition and a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, excellent in weather resistance and light resistance even when stored for a long period while retaining advantages described in a patent document 1. SOLUTION: The removable pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprises a three-dimensional crosslinked polymer of 100 pts. wt. polyfunctional polyisocyanate compound with 70-150 pts. wt. polyoxypropylene glycol having 1,000-5,000 molecular weight and at least one kind of compound selected from a compound 1 [benzenepropanoic acid 3,5-bis(1,1-dimethyl-ethyl)-4-hydroxyalkyl ester], a compound 2 [2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-6-dodecyl-4-methylphenol] and a compound 3 [a mixture of bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl)sebacate with methyl-1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidylsebacate].
