<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oral nutrient which has controlled bitterness when dissolved in a solvent such as water to be taken. <P>SOLUTION: This oral nutrient comprises three kinds of ungranulated branched-chain amino acids composed of valine, leucine and isoleucine in which the ratio of the branched-chain amino acids having particle sizes passing through a sieve with 105 μm sieve opening is ≤10 wt.%. When the particle diameters of valine on a sieve with 105 μm sieve opening are 105-710 μm, the particle diameters of leucine are 105-710 μm and the particle diameters of isoleucine are 105-710 μm, the bitterness is further controlled without impairing administration feeling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
