<p>The inventive reactor for producing carbon black comprises a multichannel-mixing nozzle made of a refractory material having high thermoconductivity and specific heat. The carbon black having a mean diameter of aggregates equal or less than 0.18 mkm with a dispersion equal or less than 0.0078 mkm2 and an open area equal or less than 5.67 mkm2 with a dispersion equal or less than 392 mkm4 is produced by uniformly distributing a temperature field in the cross section of the multichannel mixing nozzle therealong, creating similar conditions for the carbon black formation in each channel of the nozzle (a speed stream ranging from 250 to 300 m/sec and the differential pressure at input and output ranging from 0.02 to 0.04 MPa) and cooling a carbon black-gas mixture at a distance equal or less than 2-5 diameters of the channel. The high stability of dimensions of aggregates makes it possible to produce vulcanisates having high physical and mechanical properties.</p> |
