PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably reduce the power loss of the switch by reducing a voltage and/or a current relating to the power loss in a transient state of ON/OFF state. SOLUTION: A parallel circuit is configured by using a 1st circuit path 2a consisting of an N-MOSFET 21 and a diode 22 whose polarity is in the direction of blocking a current I from the N-MOSFET 21 and a 2nd circuit path 2b consisting of a diode 22 whose polarity is in a direction of blocking a current I from a power supply E and an N-MOSFET 21 connecting to a downstream position of the diode 22. The switch 1 is configured by providing the parallel circuit and a switching section 2 consisting of a coil 3 whose one terminal connects between the N-MOSFET 21 and the diode 22 of the 1st circuit path 2a and whose other terminal connects between the N-MOSFET 21 and the diode 22 of the 2nd circuit path 2b. |
