<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate improving displaying quality, a flat light source device and a display device. <P>SOLUTION: The light guide plate 13 guiding the light emitted from a light source 11 in a plane is provided with a main body part 13a making emission of light which is made incident on an incident plane 21 from the light source from an emitting plane 22; and a projecting part 17 integrally formed with the main body part 13a on a side surface 23 positioned between the incident plane 21 of the main body part 13a and the emitting plane 22, so that the connecting part with the main body part 13a or the interior is colored and fixing the position against the light source 11.
