PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal which automatically creates multimedia contents on the basis of acquired environment information by automatically acquiring the environment information of the terminal. SOLUTION: The user terminal CL disclosed herein captures environment information on a work file WF in acquisition timings A, B, ..., instructed by acquisition timing information of a template file used for creating multimedia contents and arranges the environment information to the template file as media data D1, D2, .... The environment information captured on the work file WF as the media data D1, D2, ..., includes local information of its own terminal CL (media information D1 of the file library 2F, time information D2 of a time count timer 1T, and position information D3 of a position information register 2P updated through communication with a nearby mobile station BS or the like), and host information from a server SV (optional information such as weather forecast, traffic information, and topic information such as news).
