PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellently convenient message management device capable of registering the title and comment of a recorded message character-inputted from a personal computer (PC) by a button operation from a telephone set, registering the title and comment of a voice message (including communication recording) by voice and guiding the title and the comment by voice at the time of reproducing the voice message (including the communication recording). SOLUTION: A video recording/reproducing device is constituted of a PC server and is provided with a title and comment imparting means 9 composed of a property information storage means 11, a voice file storage means 12, a title and comment control means 13, a lamp control means 14, a button information storage means 15, a title and comment list table 16 and a title and comment change storage means 17, and a server control means 10.
