FIELD: veterinary microbiology, virology, agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of specific, highly immunogenic vaccine against chlamydiosis in cattle and sheep and goats and exhibiting low reactivity. Vaccine comprises phenol, the strain Chlamydia psittaci (var. bovis) VGNKI "B-75" 18 as an antigen cultured in chicken embryo fibroblast cell primary monolayer culture with titer 10-7.0 TCD 50/ml, not less; polyvinylpyrrolidone as an adjuvant in the ratio, wt.-%: Chlamydia psittaci (var. bovis) VGNKI "B-75" 18 with titer 10-7 TCD 50/ml, 99.0-99.5; phenol, 0.3-0.5; polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.4-0.6.
